For this reason, we cannot receive personal and bank details of the buyer. When making payments through «ARCA», «VISA», «Мастер» systems, the cardholder automatically enters his e-mail address. receives a letter notifying the cardholder of the amount withdrawn from his card. on our site you can make purchases with the following payment cards: «ARCA», «VISA», «Мастер». Given the fact that all types of payments are made through the payment systems «ARCA», «VISA», «Мастер», we do not store your card data. Authentication of your card, protection and encryption of data is carried out through the payment systems «ARCA», «VISA», «Мастер».

Course payment, refund and cancellation terms:

1) Course price

а. Methods of payment

Course price must be paid by acceptable payment methods such as credit/debit cards, bank transfers, etc. Details and payment options will be provided upon registration for the course.

b. Terms of payment

Payment for the course is due within 10 days of the course start date (on specific dates or schedules, if applicable). Failure to pay on time may result in restricted access to the course.

c. Currency

All transactions are carried out in AMD.

2) Refund and Cancellation Policy

2.1) Right of Refund

а. Cancellation before the start of the course

A full refund is available if the course is canceled prior to the start of the course.

b. Canceling a course after it has started

Once the course has started, a refund equivalent to the missed classes will be issued.

Students may cancel their registration within 10 days of the course start date without financial penalty.

b. Reimbursement process

2.3) Circumstances of reimbursement

а. No refunds will be given for cancellations after the specified date.

b. In case of incomplete attendance or voluntary withdrawal from the course, no refund will be given.

3) Course Changes and Substitutions.

3.1) Course Schedule

Base design studio reserves the right to change course schedules based on enrollment or other factors.

3.2) Substitution of teachers

In the event of a teacher's absence, Base design studio reserves the right to provide a qualified substitute.
